Upstate New York Transplant Services is among the leading procurement organizations in the United States. We are a fast paced, growing non-profit company currently recruiting for the following positions:

Component Technician- H.S. Required. 2 year degree, MLT preferred. Will handle component preparation, component modification & blood product distribution.

Screener/Phlebotomist- Full and Part Time positions available. LPN, MA, EMT or phlebotomy certificate.  Knowledge of medications and medical conditions preferred. Valid NYS drivers license required.

Blood Donor Screener- Full and Part Time positions available.  Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.  Handles the registration and medical screening of blood donors.  High School diploma and excellent customer service skills required.  Valid NYS drivers license required.

Mobile Drive Assistant- Full and Part Time positions available.  Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.  Driving mobile vehicle to and from blood drives, loading and unloading the vehicle, assisting with the set up and breakdown of mobile drive sites.  Also includes delivering blood or supplies as needed.  High School diploma required.  Must have valid NYS drivers license.

Clinical Donation Specialist- Assist with the organ donation process, development of hospital donation services and evaluation and management of organ donors.  This position requires an RN, NYS drivers licensure and a minimum of one year critical care experience, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Valid NYS Drivers license and reliable transportation required.
