Meet Christine Stolzenburg

Title and Organization: Audit Manager at Freed Maxick CPAs, PC.

What do you do on a daily basis in your current role: Manage audit and review engagements in various industries, mentor and train staff, and build relationships with clients to meet their needs and help their businesses grow.

Areas of Expertise: Auditing employee benefit plans, not for profits, manufacturing entities, and other service industries.

Connection to Unyts: I was a volunteer and advisory board member with the Kidney Foundation, which aligned with Unyts about a year ago.  My dad also was a kidney transplant recipient and served on the Board of Directors for the National Kidney Foundation when I was younger.

Why do you think the work of Unyts is important to the WNY community: We all have the ability to give the gift of life whether that is through organ donation or blood donation.  Unyts takes an active role in promoting these donations as well as educating the community about how we can help!

Interesting Facts about You: I was a Thirty under 30 winner in 2016.

Family: My mom, Shawna, and younger sisters Amanda and Cassondra.

Activities and/or Vacation Spots You Enjoy During "Down Time": I love doing power yoga and running. I just ran my second half marathon in October 2016.
